Here’s how we help prevent costly repairs in 3 easy steps:
Initial Home Assessment
Begin your journey with our one-time home assessment. You will be directed to schedule a time for a technician to come to your home for the assessment. Your technician will use our proprietary software to record the repair needs of each area or room.
This will generate your Assessment Report which you will receive at your review appointment. The subsequent Assessment Review will take approximately 45 minutes with the Account Manager. Once the assessment and review is complete, you will be able to choose the appropriate Service Plan for your property. (Silver, Gold, Platinum)

For those on the platinum plan, once these checks are caught up, we will add additional home maintenance support during the 4 hour timeframe.
Here’s the breakdown
All Programs Include:
• Initial Home Assessment – A 2-3 hour Walk-through and in-depth look at your home with an itemized list of needed repairs and touch-ups given with a plan moving forward. *$299 one-time Assessment fee.
• Repair log – Every repair and update is kept in one place for your records so you know exactly what repairs and updates have been made to your home.
• Pre-scheduled with a Plan – You will have a permanent spot on our calendar and your technician will come prepared to complete your to-do list.
• Pro-Active – Every visit to your home includes reviewing a short seasonal checklist to make sure that important things aren’t being ignored.
• NO Service Fees – As a member of our program you won’t be charged a service fee every time we come out.
• Preferred Contractor Discounts – When a subcontractor is needed, we use trusted vendors and pass our savings on to you.
You may cancel your agreement at any time, forfeiting only your previous visit’s payment and your one-time setup fee.
